Histra Bridges

For road and railway bridges

Histra Bridges

Histra Bridges

High-performance sparse matrix solver developed by researchers at the University of Catania, enabling nonlinear static analyses under both force-controlled and displacement-controlled procedures for the assessment of structural load-bearing capacity under static and seismic conditions.

Clear and intuitive interpretation of results
Results visualization is straightforward and user-friendly, providing a clear representation of both global and local structural response at the fiber level through dedicated color maps showing stresses, strains, plastic strains, and damage indicators, available in both 3D views and easy-to-read 2D charts.

The software allows plotting capacity curves as well as influence lines of the collapse multiplier as a function of moving load position, enabling identification of the load configurations that produce the minimum structural capacity.

Computed results can be exported as tables in XLS format and as charts in the most common standard file formats.
